The OmniBlend I has a variable speed control (dial knob), and the pulse function is added for a quick chop. This model combines simplicity and performance, and is well-suited for home use.
Similar to all the other OmniBlend models, it has a 3HP motor with 2238W peak performance. The motor has a built-in thermal shut-off for extra protection. The blades are made from stainless steel, adding to the durability and performance.
The versatile 2 litre jug (with a narrow base) is suited for both drinks and grinding dry ingredients, and for smaller dishes like spreads, hummus, nut butter, and pesto. The tamper is included, and makes blending thicker blends effortless. It is light-weight, and easy to clean. The blades are removable and replaceable.
