The membrane will last between 2 and 5 years. Ideally, the water should be tested periodically with a TDS (totally dissolved solids) Meter.This will determine the condition of the filters. The TDS meter can be ordered from Healthmakers. It is important to replace the first three filters every 12 months to prolong the life of the membrane.The final post filter can be replaced every 2 years. All the Filter cartridges and Membrane can be ordered from Healthmakers.
