Excalibur Dehydrator comes with two features that are absolutely necessary (an adjustable thermostat and a fan). Dehydrators without the latter, in our experience, cannot effectively dehydrate and preserve the vital elements of food! The Excalibur Dehydrator also has a timer with 24hr flexibility for your convenience.
