Ezidri and Excalibur Food Dehydrators are food driers designed to remove the moisture from food in the gentlest way. These top class units cannot be compared to the single heat setting on cheap Dehydrators where the temperature can get so high that it can even burn food. The Ezidri Dehydrators offered by Healthmakers are designed in New Zealand and offers a unique method of Drying.
The Excalibur Dehydrator is manufactured in the USA. These Dehydrators satisfy every requirement of a Raw Fooder who demands living enzymes in the food. These units are flexible enough to dry meat (biltong), herbs, fruit, vegetables and flowers at selected temperatures. Only the Ezidri units can be expanded by adding more trays.

Ezidri Snackmaker Dehydrator

Ezidri Snackmaker Dehydrator is supplied with 5 trays, 1 mesh and 1 solid sheet and can be expanded to carry a total of 15 trays. Offers 3 temperature settings - 30, 50 & 63 deg C. It is the smaller model of the two Ezidri dehydrators. Offers the unique Ezidri airflow system and a timer.

Ezidri Ultra Dehydrator

Ezidri Ultra Dehydrator is the most flexible of all Ezidri food driers and is the largest model. Supplied with 5 trays, 1 mesh and 1 solid sheet . It can be expanded to carry a total of 30 trays. The Ultra offers variable temperature settings from 30 to 63 Deg C. Perfect for raw food preparation, and drying of meat (biltong), fruit, flowers, herbs, etc. Ezidri's best!
