| Can I purchase through my owe Affiliate link? | Yes, but please note that personal sales can be made through your Affiliate link but you will only be entitled to commissions on personal purchases 6 months after your first Affiliate sale. |

| Who can become a Healthmakers Affiliate? | Any individual or business may apply to become an affiliate. Healthmakers at it's sole discretion will approve or decline Affiliate status. |
| Do I need an email address in order for me to qualify as an Affiliate? | Yes, all of our communications with you are done via email. If you don't currently have an email address you can get a free email address from google or yahoo without having your own computer. |
| I don't have a computer, can I still become an Affiliate? | Yes, however, you will need access to your email address. |
| Can I have Affiliate status if I don't have a website? | You do need a website to be an Affiliate. MyFreeSite will offer you a free website if you need one. |
| If I have my own website, what is the cost involved to add Healthmakers banners onto my website? | There is only a cost if you are not able to add the banners to your website yourself. The options are either to get your webmaster to do this for you or to use the services of MyFreeSite |
| Can I advertise Healthmakers on my website? | Yes, it is a specific condition of the Affiliate scheme that you place a minimum of one of the Healthmakers Banners on your website. | What is Healthmakers commission structure? | There are two Affiliate Partner levels. Level 1 receive 10% commission on all products. Level 2 are existing Healthmakers Dealer Members who's commission structure is available on request. |
| How will I be paid and how often? | 1. Payments are made quarterly unless over R1000 2. Credits that are still under R1000 after 6 months will be paid out in the second quarter. 3. Payment months are February, May, August, November |
| How will Healthmakers know that the customer purchased through my website? | The Affiliate Software that runs this program is designed to capture the identity of the Affiliate. You will be able to check customer purchases when you login. |
| Will I still receive the affiliate commission if my customer comes to Healthmakers store through my website today, but goes directly to Healthmakers store tomorrow and makes a purchase? | Yes you will still receive the commission if your customer visits Healthmakers and makes a purchase within 90 days of being redirected from your website on the condition that the customer does not clear their computers cache. |
| Is there a minimum sales requirement to maintain my Affiliate status? | There is no minimum requirement to maintain Affiliate status, however, Healthmakers reserves the right to cancel affiliation should there be no activity. |
| Can I place orders for my customers? | All your customer's orders must be placed through either a banner or a textual link on your website or an Affiliate promotion code that links to Healthmakers online store. |
| How do I know how much commission I have earned? | All this detail can be found by you when you go into the Affiliate login. |
| Do I earn commission on my own purchase? | You will be entitled to earn commission on sales from your IP address 6 months after the first Affiliate purchase from your Affiliate link. |
| What if I introduce someone else to the Healthmakers Affiliate Program? | This is when you really start making money! You earn income on two levels down with the Tier Affiliate Program. |
| I am resident in South Africa and would like to become an Affiliate. Will I still get credit for sales to customers that reside outside South Africa. | That is a great question! If you live in South Africa you can have customers from anywhere in the world. Commisions are paid on the value of the goods excluding freight. |
| What happens if a product that was sold through my website is returned? | If your customer returns a product for a refund or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, then naturally your account will be debited with the commission earned on that transaction. |
